Lightning Talks is your chance to grab the mic and show off what you've been hacking on before your browser crashes, your startup pivots, or your friends get tired of hearing about it. We're opening up 7 speaker slots, and each brave soul gets 5 minutes to pitch, demo, rant, teach, reveal, or otherwise unleash their project upon the community, followed by a short Q&A where the audience asks questions ranging from insightful to "Have you tried adding AI?" Things you can talk about: - Startups that may or may not become unicorns - Side projects consuming your weekends - AI experiments that definitely won't become self-aware - Hardware hacks - Open-source contributions - Research, discoveries, and technical rabbit holes - Games, art, robots, or other beautiful chaos No polished keynote required.
