Founder Stories from Founders House Aaltoes and Founders House Helsinki are teaming up for one evening with the founders working out of Sähkötalo. Instead of one long interview, we're putting two to three founders on stage back to back: how they started, what they got wrong, and what they'd tell a student who's thinking about building something now. Zechen Ma, Co-founder, Elva Elva uses AI to make cross-border hiring simple: work permits, registrations, housing and bank accounts in one workflow, for startups hiring international talent across Europe. The team raised a €1.3M pre-seed led by Lifeline Ventures, with Slack co-founder Cal Henderson and Wave Ventures on the cap table. Aaro Angerpuro, Co-founder, Viran Viran is the AI bid team for public-sector sales. It learns a company's references and capacity, screens 200,000+ public tenders a week across 90+ markets, and only brings the team the ones worth bidding on.
