Facilitator: Victor Loke, MCC, CST® - Board & Executive Coach Course Overview This two-day interactive workshop introduces the practical foundations of effective product development in Scrum. Participants will explore how Developers work within a Scrum Team to build architecture and design incrementally, write tests before code, integrate continuously, and turn Product Backlog Items into usable Increments of value. Through discussions and hands-on technical exercises, participants will experience how sound engineering practices enable teams to deliver working software in small, safe, frequent slices. We will also visit how AI-augmented development and Specifi cation-Driven Development are beginning to reshape these practices, setting the stage and preparing participants for where the craft is heading next.
